The Leadership Academy, which was conceived of in 2018, will provide an opportunity for legal writing faculty to develop their leadership skills in a small-group setting. Among other things, the Leadership Academy will focus on building cultural competency and other skills or practices important for developing well-rounded and inclusive leaders.
